It is not permitted to set up professional sound equipment, hire musical groups, dj's, fireworks, events or receptions with guests who are not on the guest list, unless expressly authorized by the LESSOR, or excessive noise, being subject to a fine of 01 (one) daily rate, per day of infraction in both cases.

No noise exceeding a sound level of 85 (eighty-five) decibels.

From 10 p.m. onwards, no noise above 55 decibels will be allowed.

If the maximum number of guests stipulated for the house is exceeded, the daily rate will be charged pro-rata.

Children over the age of two will be counted as guests.
