From the house you can walk along the sand to Porto da Barra, the gastronomic center known for the good restaurants and drinks in the late afternoon.

The house has a large air-conditioned room with exuberant decoration; an external area with a pergola, barbecue grill, swimming pool, and a lawn that ends on the beach. There are 5 suites with air conditioning and closet, one of them being the master, with closet and bathtub.

There is a charming internal patio preserved from the original construction that leads to the property's gym and a parking lot with capacity for 6 cars.
