With a privileged location in the Portogalo Condominium, this beautiful house has large grounds with a swimming pool, wood-fired sauna with natural pool, pizza oven, games room and 05 suites for up to 15 guests.

The main house has 5 suites, a large living room, a TV room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a veranda. There is also a laundry area and pantry.

The other 5 suites are located in the guest house, which also has a living room, pantry, kitchen, bathroom and laundry area.

The property also has a nautical garage, a caretaker's house and a maintenance house.

Two (2) employees are required, at a total cost of R$500.00 per day. The staff's daily rates are calculated by calendar days worked, not nights.
