Located in a noble gated community, the property is located in Mangaratiba and has direct access to the paradisiacal beach of the place.

It is required to hire 03 (three) employees at a cost of R$600 per day. The daily rates of the employees are counted by the calendar days worked, not nights.

Events that exceed the number of people stipulated for the house are not allowed, unless hired for this purpose.

It is not allowed hiring of music groups, dj's, fireworks, events, sound setup or receptions with guests who are not on the guest list, unless it has been expressly authorized by the LESSOR, or excessive noise, being subject to a fine of 01 (one) daily, per day of infringement in both cases.

Prohibited to produce noises that exceed sound level greater than 85 (eighty-five) decibels.

After 10 PM, no noise above 55 decibels will be allowed.

All furniture, objects, and works of art must be preserved; the client will be presented with an inventory of the main items mentioned above; any damage to the property will have to be compensated for.

Children over two (2) years of age will be counted as guests.

En general, todo funcionó muy bien. La casa superó nuestras expectativas ya que la realidad es mejor que las fotos. Por otra parte, el servicio de Angela y su equipo hacen que la estadía sea maravillosa. La comida riquísima, las compras muy fáciles y de calidad. Llegar de un paseo en lancha y encontrarse con caipirinhas recién preparadas es de película. Recomendaremos a nuestros amigos tener esta experiencia.
